That is bad because it’s like running your car down the freeway at 80 miles an hour.  You use up a lot of energy quickly, your engine (brain) gets hot and you don’t feel like you have time to make decisions.  The pressure of this feeling can make make you feel sharp and focused at first, but no one can stay at this high level all the time.
